Vintage LONG strapless dress

Beautiful long vintage dress. So so beautiful unfortunately too small for me on the top. I am 34 C , dress fits more 32-34 B I was thinking of making it a long maxi skirt — but gonna see if it sells here first. Excellent condition. Super elegant. I found it in a vintage store in Paris. Has no brand label which makes me think it was specially tailored for a very special lady. Its freshly dry clean. No stains. Great find if you love vintage like me.
