Vintage L.T.D. by Roberta Green Pinstripe Shirt Dress With Pockets Size 13-14

This retro shirt dress is a size 13-14 and features a square button closure at the collar bone, one on the belt and at the cuffs. It has 2 pockets in the front and a scarf belt that matches. The fabric is a lightweight poly blend. 40% polyester, and I can't make out the rest. Pit to pit is 20.5" Length is 44" There's not a "waist".
