Vintage La Chine Classic by Galindo Wang Scarf Collar Blouse. I believe from the 80’s and has shoulder pads that can be cut out. You can wear the scarf many ways with a loop to string it through. Very cool vintage piece! Size 16. But vintage is always a little smaller…definitely oversized though. Great vintage condition but could use a wash. Up to buyer….
