beautiful lace halter dress. fitted at top, flowy at bottom bias style stretchy fabric black floral lace rests over a soft cream lining with black tulle at the ends built in bra gently used condition minor flaws: minor small spots on the cream lining, not visible when wearing dress. one loose thread on the black lace lower skirt area. small loose threads on halter and right pit area.
