Vintage Lady Carol Petites Dress

This is a vintage dress by Lady Carol Petites. It has super short sleeves with "puffs" on the shoulder. The waist has an elastic along with a matching belt that hides the elastic. There is a single button on the top of the back to close it. It is marked as size 8 and is about 44 inches long, 17 pit to pit, and 12 inches flat at the waist not stretched at all ( it will stretch to 16 inches flat easily). It is in nice shape.
