Vintage Lady Carol Petites Paisley Dress

Vintage dress with an elaborate paisley pattern in the colors purple, pink, white, black, and little bit of yellow. It has a pleated skirt, elastic waist, shoulder pads, and a matching patterned belt. Size is NOT listed on any tags, so I guessed a size medium. Please see measurements below!
