Vintage Lady Carol Petites of New York Dress

Vintage Lady Carol Petites polyester dress, light blue. Textured loose top attached to a smooth polyester skirt. It is rather sheer, will probably require a half slip. Slightly gathered skirt with elastic waist. In good vintage condition, but does have sme small flaws. 100% polyester. Tag states size 14. I feel this would fit a medium (the mannequin) to medium large.
