Vintage Lalique ring/pin dish commemorating the US Bicentennial in 1976

This is a unique item! It is a commemorative piece from the bicentennial in 1976 made by Lalique in France. It appears to be completely undamaged and the glass, as is typical of Lalique, is amazingly clear and beautiful. This would most normally be used as a ring or pin dish but I would guess this one has spent its life for the past 50 years in a display case. It is hallmarked. The eagle and dates on it are done in intaglio and are stunningly perfect even for something so simple and small. I do not have the original box for this item.
