Land of Promise, The Story of the Northwest Passage by Walter Havighurst Hard Back with Dust Cover Fair to Good condition. Discoloration of the pages due to age. Very minor wear on the corners and edges of the book itself and a couple of pages with a small smudge. The book itself is in VGC, Very Good Condition. The dust cover has several tears . See the pictures. Also there is an error in the book. The map on the inside front section is upside down. The one on the back section is correct. This book is the story of the Northwest Territory in it's earliest days. An interesting note is that the map in this first printing in the front of the book is upside down.
