Vintage Tres Jolie three quarters sleeve, tea length dress in a mixed print of seashells, big cat print, and baroque. Elastic at the waist with a removable ribbon belt. Pleated ruffles at the neck with adjustable tie. Semi sheer. Dress is lined. 100% polyester. Removable shoulder pads. Tear at the seam in the shoulder that is barely noticable and doesn't effect the look or wear of the dress.
