Vintage Lanvin Feathersuede Bernard Hill lined blazer/ jacket

This is a fantastic vintage, really soft, suede camo color blazer. There are three buttons on each sleeve, still intact, as well as to button front closure and pockets. This is fully lined with silk lining material. There are a few spots that convey the age a couple very noticeable spots on the sleeves that I’m guessing likely can be cleaned out. There is some stitching coming off the back slit that does not affect the jacket but I’m sure someone could stitch back closed. The pictures convey I am assuming this is an extra large. I do not see sizing, although will continue to search, but this was worn by someone who is 6’ 4”. If interested, let me know and I’m sure I can send over some measurements.
