Happy Sunday! Hope all is well and just writing to inquire about this precious dress...if I may ask if there are any signs of wear (such as stains, tears, thinning and/or markings in the velvet, etc.)? besides just a little normal vintage wear? Also, is the style of the piece kind of an empire waist with a little tent like/voluminous bottom of the dress or is not empire waist and also lay/drape more straight and flat? I so appreciate the pictures of all you placed up on your listing...CONT.👇❤

@roundmid hi. Unfortunately i live in Colorado where it’s snowing so unfortunately the pics provided are likely the best I can do. Is the quick video clip showing up dark as well? To answer your question your question, my opinion is it’s in average condition. Typical minor signs of wear and wash with no obvious flaws I noticed worth pointing out. It’s short sleeves with ruching on sleeve side, velvet / velour , bow accent.

@roundmid on my end , although dark, I can still see the details. There is a video clip. 3rd pic shows waistline, there an up close pic of sleeve, there’s an up close pic of bow. Unfortunately since it black, it can be hard at times. If you’re on a mobile device you should be able to tap and zoom in on all pics. Hope that helps

@kimunnie Thank you so kindly for your quick and helpful response & I completely understand the weather affecting the ability to take photos ❤ I live in Ft Lauderdale where it's hot, dark, & rainy, thus I appreciate any assistance!! The video isn't coming thru either unfortunately, thus if I could know if the dress is an empire waist with the dress then poufing out some with or is more of a higher waist and then just hangs more straight without any pouf/tent like design? Again, much gratitude 🙏

@roundmid Sorry to hear that. I used another phone in my household and it looks ok on that one too. Not sure why it’s different for you. The dress has a higher waistline than average with bottom being more straight or a line. I wouldn’t consider this babydoll with a poof or tent bottom. Maybe you could screenshot and try using auto edit to overexpose which may allow to see the details and shape . Again, apologies not sure why it’s showing up differently
