Vintage Large Unsigned Coro Brushed Gold-Tone Flower Daisy Open Work Brooch

I found one almost just like it on eBay…. The only difference is that on of my metal flower petals is open on one side.. is this possible it was made to slide a chain onto the brooch to wear as a pendant on a necklace.. not sure… very unusual.. it was made this way in my opinion.. it’s wasn’t broken or cut.. the edges are smooth..it also has a tiny little bar beside it as well..
