Age: Best Guess is 1940's Material: Best guess it is Chrome plated over Copper. With two round solid bands at top & bottom and 4 chains in center of band. Pronge set double row of clear rhinestones on top and bottom with black plastic emerald cut faux rhinestones. Size: 2 5/8" Inside Diameter x 5/8" Height Condition: Very Very Good Condition.
