Vintage Late 70s-80s Floral Dress

Gorgeous vintage late 70s-80s dress in beautiful floral pattern. Features buttoned sleeves, matching waist belt, keyhole back. Once had shoulder pads but someone removed them. Excellent vintage condition, no stains. Has union tag, but it appears the size and lot tags have been cut out. I would say this would best fit a large please reference measurements below. Measurements laying flat: Bust: 21” Waist: 19” Hips: 25” Length: 41”
