Vintage Late 90s Mini Dress

Absolutely adorable vintage dress, maybe late 90s or early aughts. Sweet little shell buttons up the front, collar, and pintucks on the bodice. Just slightly empire waisted so it has a cute babydoll feel. Ties in the back. 100% rayon. Excellent used condition. Dress is marked size 10 but I wear a modern size 6 or 8 and it fits well (see photos). Pit to pit: 19" Waist (untied, you can make it more snug with the tie): 17.5" Length from neckline to hem in back: 32.5" I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items in my closet.
