Vintage Late-60s Mod Blue Disco Feather Wrap Dress

Step back in time with this stunning and unique vintage 60s dress from Lady Carol Petites of New York! Made circa 1968-69 in the US, this dress features a rare shiny blue embossed damask square pattern with black feathers made of 100% polyester. This dress has a wrap-around bodice that secures by tying. The sleeves are long with elastics at the wrist, and the shoulders have ruching, creating some lift without shoulder pads. Two decorative matching buttons on the left shoulder add a delightful touch! The high modest boat neckline and the elastic waist with a flared waist skirt adds a flattering and comfortable fit. The unlined opaque fabric keeps the dress lightweight and easy to wear, and the slit in the back of the skirt provides ease while walking. This dress is a pull-over entry and is in amazing condition, despite some writing on the tag and a few loose threads.
