Tag says size 8 but vintage sizing runs small. Marking as SMALL based on measurements.

@keracap What are the shoulder seam to shoulder seam and outer sleeve measurements? Do you believe this blazer can fit a 34d? Are the shoulders padded? Is this a thin or thick blazer? When can you ship? Thank you.
