Vintage Laura Winston Black velvet skirt. Zipper and button closure at waist in back. Tiny bit of fray at button hole as shown in picture. Does not affect the buttoning of the waist. 5 buttons with rhinestones with looped button holes create an 8 inch slit at bottom hem in back. Elegant. The velvet is gorgeous. Gently loved. In very good condition aside from the button hole fray.
