Vintage Lawman western jeans size 15

Lawman western denim jeans, world, class, denim, great shape, leather label, inseam is 29 and waist says 15 on the tag but in photos you will see it’s 16. On the back of the pants by the leather patch there is a small Frey. Still lots of use of these jeans and it looks like it does affect the jeans
