Vintage Lazarus “Bow Tie” Pearl Drop Earrings, New with Tags.

Nothing says, “festive, black tie, holiday party”better than these iconic, vintage Lazarus pierced earrings. F&R Lazarus & Co. was a regional department store operating in the Midwest for over a century, from 1895-2017. A landmark in Columbus Ohio, it was the first store of its size and known for having the first “electric stairway” (elevator) in 1909. The black bow is handcrafted with black beads attached to a netting. Bow measures 3 1/2 cm across and 2 cm long. Total drop of bow and pearl is 5cm. 2 beads separate the drop pearl and bowtie, 1 round pearl bead, and 1 diamond shaped iridescent bead. Earrings are equipped with stainless steel posts and funneled backs. Earrings are new with tags and come with original Lazarus gift box. The fine craftsmanship of these superior earrings is of a standard no longer available in costume jewelry today. Earrings are in excellent condition, like brand new.
