Vintage Leather Fringe Festival Halter Top

Rare from the late 90s/early 2000s era from a brand called Rave. 90s does the 70s style size small. Model is a size small 34B. No stretch, genuine leather Straps 26” Widest point across bust 17” Across middle 15” Height from center chest to lowest point 14” The fringe on the vest had a white foam material on the underside. The material was peeling off & showing from the front. I removed most of the foam material & reinforced all loose stitches. It’s stronger than ever & will last you forever
