Vintage Leather Short Skirt

Phoenix Outerwear vintage suede miniskirt in blue. Genuine leather and lined. Tag says sz 11/12 but I would put it around a modern 6-8, possibly a smaller size 10. (Video at the end is the skirt on me for fit reference, and I’m usually an 8-10 in bottoms.) Beautiful royal blue color and in lovely condition. Pictured is a section of the hem that is unfolding. No seams or stitches ripped out, the entire bottom of the skirt is just folded up at as the hem and this section wants to unfold. Lots of options for easy fixes.
