Vintage Lee Menichetti Designer Necklace, Wafer Thin and Faceted Black Beads

Unusual vintage Lee Menichetti necklace, likely dating to the 1960s-1970s timeframe. This 30" designer necklace is composed of wafer thin discs - I think they are plastic - strung tightly together to resemble tube shaped beads. These are separated by black faceted glass beads and ribbed gold tone beads for a very modern and dramatic look. Closes with a barrel clasp. CONDITION: VERY GOOD (Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint): Some metal wear, but no significant flaws.
