Vintage Lee Won Jae Red Ruffle Blouse Size S

Vintage. Brand is "Lee Won Jae". The colors are red and white. Buttons are gold and red and made of plastic. It looks like there's a date of "1984" on one tag. I cannot find anything else like this blouse online. Has 7 buttons down the back and 3 buttons on each sleeve. Very lightweight material and unlined. No rips, tears, holes, or stains. One flaw: someone wrote a number "9" on the back of the size tag. Please see all pics. Measures approximately 22 inches feom top of shoulder to bottom hem lying flat. Excellent condition.
