Vintage Leporte Tokyo Style blouse - back-buttons - Small to Medium

This is a back buttoned 100% polyester blouse. It does not seem to have the size but our sewing mannequin has a 33.5" bust and 25.5" waist. We would guess it is SMALL to MEDIUM. The label is Leporte Tokyo Style. There is an extra metal button attached at the fabric content label. The back of that label says 100% polyester in Japanese. The metal buttons look like they are inscribed "Sportive Le Mode". The nice colors are as you see them in the photos.
