Vintage Levi High Rise Jean Shorts 24” Waist

Good vintage condition Levi jean shorts with rolled/cuffed hems. The waist measures 12” across laid flat, hips measure 17” across laid flat. Rise is 10” and inseam is 2.5”. The tag says they’re size 14 but I’m thinking that’s a kids size? Would fit a women’s size 24” waist. There is a small discoloration on the front right hand side close to the inner thigh, it’s less than an inch in size shown in the pictures. It’s not a true stain, it looks like something bleached the color to a lighter color in that one spot. Sold as is.
