Vintage Levi Panatela 1970s Plaid Pants size 31

Reposhing this item I purchased from @leegalyred. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Previous seller was unsure if these were a woman’s or men’s size 31, I typically wear a woman’s 31 but these would not fit over my thighs, so I think, but without 100% certainty , that these are a Men’s size 31, but the fit is very feminine and slim, I would consider them more of a skinny slack . Questions? Or need more clarification Leave a comment below! These are incredibly stylish and I am so bummed out they don’t .
