Vintage Levi Strauss & Co Short Sleeve Button Down Blouse

Vintage blouse. Original Levi Strauss tag but size missing. It looks to be a large. Measures (lying flat) are: pit to pit 19.5”; shoulder to shoulder measure 15”. Top of collar to hem is 26.5” long. Sleeves measure 9.5” long and are cuffed. Cute vintage!!
