Vintage Levi’s 100% Cotton Skirt

Skirt that appears to be from the 80s or 90s. Size is listed as 14, but fits more like a 2 or 4. Please go by measurements: Waist is 11 inches across, measured flat (and very stretchy). It’s about 18 inches long. Happy to answer any questions. Purchased from an excellent vintage shop, but fit just isn’t right. Needs a good home.
