Vintage Levi’s plz read for sizing

Vintage Levi’s 505 jeans. Straight fit. Waist size 36, but fits like a women’s 12. Dark wash. Waist laid flat about 18”, altered cut off inseam 26”, rise 11”. In very good condition. One small flaw on lower leg, pictured. Leather patch of back is torn. Technically these are men’s sizing and vibrate style run smaller. No stretch. Very cool and on trend.
