Vintage Libra II Matching Dress Set

This is a set from the 1980s made for union workers. It is a matching red and black plaid skirt that is attached to a spaghetti strap tank top and there is a matching black top that is worn over the tank that buttons down the back. There is a pocket in the front that has a black and red scarf in it that matches the skirt. This is a petite set.
