Vintage Librarian Dress

Vintage Librarian Navy Blue dress with yellow, rose and blue design. It's very hard to see in the pics, but there are two ruffles that go from each side of the collar to the waist. Ruffles continue around back neck of dress as well. They are all flat thin ruffles. Not poufy. Elastic waist. I am 5'4" and dress hits me 3-4" past knee. I purchased from a vintage store and never wore it. Smoke free/pet free home
