Vintage Life Style embroidered cotton vest

thoughtfully embroidered flowers and a little tie in the back of this vest are two reasons why I picked it up. I felt like it was a one of a kind find that was neutral but fun and could easily be styled into so many cute looks. 100% cotton is cool too!! (Tag says petite, but I can give measurements if needed!)
