Vintage Light Blue Lace Tunic Tank 90s

Vintage ribbed top with lace along the front and back neckline From the 1990s. No size tag. Stretches so it goes beyond the flat width. I have listed under size small because I am a size small and it fits me. I understand size is not universal. Please do not purchase if you are not okay that the top does not have a size tag. Color does not pick up well on camera. I would say it is a shade of periwinkle blue. Please allow for color variance. My phone does not pick up color that well
