Vintage Lightweight Cotton and Lace Romper

What a unique little number this is! Super lightweight light blue (slightly teal) cotton with white lace accents across the bust and down the legs. Elastic waist measures 10 inches but stretches up to 18 (flat). There is elastic at the ankles (needs to be replaced - it’s totally stretched out) and little ties that are sewed on (they do not pull). This seems like loungewear/ pajamas because of the lightness of fabric. Era is unknown since there are no tags, but likely 60s/70s.
