Vintage Lillie Rubin Dress, Fully Beaded Skirt Set, Two Piece, Evening Dress

Vintage Lillie Rubin Fully Beaded Blue Two Piece Evening Dress. Gently preowned, excellent condition. Loose pencil skirt for the bottom, high waisted, size Large. Has a back slit, with a zipper and two hook clamps (need to be re-sewn, but still on the garment). Top is an open back with four buttons, one up around the neck and three down by the waist, all in the back. Top is also a size Large and has shoulder pads that could be removed. Elegant bead work on the entire outfit. Beautiful royal blue color. Measurements about: waist is about 30", hips about 42", shoulders and bust are a little bit more difficult to tell because it's open back, but about 43" for shoulders and 36" for bust.
