- Bouquet of four red roses transferred onto an oval shaped, black enameled background painted over a porcelain base
- This is a type of porcelain that comes from in or around the region of Limoges, France, and is special for its intricate designs. This particular item is weighty for its size
- According to research conducted on this piece, this is circa 1970s
- This oval cabochon has been reworked into a brand new scalloped bezel and chain to extend the life of this beautiful little floral painting
- 2mm chain in antique brass plated steel with a matching lobster claw closure and single bead necklace extender
- Double stranded with an additional chain for a trio of red, glass, faceted beads to add more interest, and another drop bead at the end of the necklace extender. The smaller of the red beads are iridescent on one side for added brightness
- There has been some wear around the edges, with some minor chips at the top which show a little bit of the white porcelain, however, it does not appear very noticeable as the cabochon sits very securely within the bezel. See last photo
- Evokes a Victorian era aesthetic, with its flower motif and romantic style
