Vintage Linda Allard and Ellen Tracy black burned velvet wrapped maxi skirt. Body of the skirt is a silk, rayon, nylon blend. Skirt material is very sheer and will need a slip underneath it. Held together by hook and eye closures. Size of item: Women’s 12 Flat lay waist: 15" Length: 37" Condition: Very good vintage condition. This has been worn.
