This dress is gorgeous. Vintage, not sure who makes it. Colors are off-white, black, blue & brown. Back zipper that works very well, and bottom pleat in the back. This wiggle dress will turn heads!!! Waist: 25” Bust: 28.5” Shoulder to hem: 43”
