Picked this up at a vintage sale awhile back and just don't find myself wearing it anymore. Super cute slits on both sides at the bottom - looks really cute with a belt! It says 100% rayon but it feels more like linen, there's not that much stretch to it but it's loose fitting for sizes 0-4. I'm 5'4" and it hits down to the middle of my shins.
