Advised by previous owner it was made by Designer Lisner but unsigned. Wreath circle design with Diamond cut detail. Rhinestones in green pink blue and yellow. Unbranded. Light wear and scratches. Great to add a splash of color and sparkle to an outfit, hat, scarf, bag etc
