These are vintage ‘80s, Julie Marx & fabulous! The matte gold finish is very fresh and the dainty white pearls encrusted on the little frogs adds sophistication. These are not flat, these have some dimension which adds to their interest. These are clip ons. They are new but are vintage from our original boutique in the 80s.
