Vintage Liz Claiborne Dress

This late 80's early 90's vintage gem is in perfect condition. It features a very high neck with matching button closure on sleeve too. Hidden buttons run down the rest of the top. It has shoulder pads and full pockets on the side. The waist is elastic and comes with a matching belt. The pattern is plaid printed with a rose motif. I have not found another piece that looks like this one. Very rare.
