Vintage Liz Claiborne Floral Button-down Top

This blouse is a one of a kind vintage Liz Claiborne button-down. It has a beautiful white floral pattern and a scalloped neckline. It does have shoulder pads, but they are attached with velcro; they can easily be removed if you desire them without the shoulder pads. It is a size small and is considered a longer version of a crop top. It can be dressed up or down depending on how you want to style it. I am willing to accept offers :)
