Vintage Liz Claiborne black tunic with white collar and belt loops

Gorgeous black and white tunic top with contrast v-neck collar. It is in good vintage condition. Note: the original belt that came with the shirt is missing so I improvised with some white ribbon, which I can send if you like, but the loops are fairly large so you can add many different belts for different looks! Size L. Poly/spandex, stretchy. Ptp approximately 22 inches, length approximately 29 inches
