Vintage Liz Claiborne blue poplin blouse

Reposhing this item I never wore. I removed the tags but still have them (see last photo). The arms have 2 buttons to close which can give you more room but I found the opening smaller than I’d like when buttoned so I never wore it. Vintage size 8 but runs small pit to pit is 25” and length is 27”. Will measure arms and include shortly.
