Vintage Liz Roberts Navy Floral Dress - size 14. This vintage dress is made of 100% poly. The color is navy with with off white polka dots and the flowers in the pattern are peach/off white. There is a tie at the neck and smocking detail at the waist. There is an inside liner in dark navy color attached at the shoulder down to the hem. Dress is in good condition. See measurements below.
