kimbertanae @theansweris42z first off, thank you for your direction, as I'm not very knowledgeable about that sort of thing:-/.....but, shoulder-to-shoulder it was 19.5.....pit-to-pit it was 21.....and the length was also 21. Hopefully that's what you were needing, anything else, just let me know:-)

kimbertanae @theansweris42z oh....not sure if this helps or not, but I did not pull tightly on the fabric while measuring, as I didn't want it to stretch. But the material does have more stretch to it than I realized...just in case that's beneficial, lol...sorry again, but appreciate the help....
