Vintage London Fog long trenchcoat very light gray size 10 petite

Vintage LONDON FOG long trench cot. I’m 5’3 and it falls at my mid calf. Very light gray, almost beige color. Gray button front, has waist tie, front pockets. Due to age there is some signs of light wear at collar, on the one chest, and on the one sleeve. It’s not noticeable unless you are looking for them and I haven’t tried to treat the stains (other than running it through gentle cycle) or taken it to dry cleaners. I included pictures (last three)
